Velo is a health and fitness app. Scores, trends, the biological age estimate and coach answers are informational and do not replace diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.

Talk to your doctor before making decisions about your health. If you feel unwell, trust your doctor rather than a score.

You can start using Velo right away with a guest account. If you want your data to survive a device change, you can make the account permanent with Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete it at any time.

Velo is free to use. Velo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold monthly or yearly.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when the purchase is confirmed
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the period ends
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your store account settings
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid period unless cancelled before it ends; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription

Current prices are shown on the purchase screen in your own currency. Velo Pro unlocks unlimited coach messages, your full history, deep analysis and biological age, and removes ads.

On the free tier, ads are rewarded video only and play when you start them. There are no banner or interstitial ads. Velo Pro removes ads completely.

You may not use Velo for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer it, flood our servers with automated requests, or manipulate the leaderboard or challenges with fabricated data.

You are responsible for what you post in community areas.

Your health data, workouts and journal entries belong to you. You can export them, generate a PDF report and delete them at any time from inside the app.

Velo is provided as is. We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate measurements from health data sources (Apple Health, Health Connect, watch and band manufacturers), for GPS drift, or for outcomes based on scores derived from them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for indirect damages is limited.
